(Lime Flowers), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice),Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) Panax ginseng (Korean ginseng), Passiflora incarnate (Passionflower), Rhodiola rosea (Rose root), Rosmarinus officinale (Rosemary), Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap), Verbena officinalis (Vervain), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Zizyphus jujube (Zizyphus with flower essences and Homeopathic Adrenal matrix.
General Directions for use:
For Acute stress or energy support: Take up to 4 doses of 1 spray under your tongue each spaced 1 minute apart. Use as often as required
For everyday support: Take the first dose upon waking, and continue every 2-3hours until the afternoon or as needed.
You can take Daytime Revive later in the day if you wish, but if you take them too late you may run the risk of them keeping you awake as they are energising, so please monitor this.
