Healthy Sleep Capsules
For best results take the recommended dose for a minimum of one month and ongoing.

• Adults (13 years +): Take 6 capsules daily at night before bed with water
• Children’s dosage depends on age and nutritional needs. Capsules can be opened and mixed with diluted juice or water if needed:
• Children 9–13 years: 3–6 capsules
• Children 4–8 years: 2 capsules
• Children 1–3 years: 1 capsule

General Directions for use:
